Via House - Orkney Fishing Holidays A fishing holiday at Via House gives you access to the best accumulation of trout lochs in Scotland - you are no more than a five minute car drive from Orkney's best and most popular waters, Harray Loch and Stenness Loch. Swannay Loch, Boardhouse Loch, and Hundland Loch are only fifteen minutes from Via House. In addition to the 'big five' waters, there are a number of minor lochs on the mainland of Orkney. Many locals prefer these venues for a variety of reasons, and Orkney's fishing would undoubtedly be poorer without them. Via House itself sits beside Clumly Loch and is within easy walking distance of Skaill Loch. Both of these lochs are 'trophy fish' waters and have produced massive specimens over the years.
